Return & Refund Policy

At Fidever, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused

  • In original condition

  • In the original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or customized items

  • Items damaged through misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear

  • Certain personal-use items where return is not appropriate for hygiene or safety reasons

3. Return Request Process

To start a return, please contact us at service@fidever.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for the return

  • Photos, if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Please do not send items back without first contacting us and receiving return instructions.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos of the product and packaging to help resolve the issue quickly.

If approved, we will offer a replacement, refund, or other suitable solution.

5. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to process and post the refund.

6. Original Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (such as an incorrect or defective item).

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the return process above.

9. Exchanges

We do not guarantee direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, the fastest option is usually to request a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
