1. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Please note:

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays

  • Processing times may be longer during peak seasons, promotions, or due to high order volume

2. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times vary depending on destination, shipping method, and carrier.

Typical delivery estimates:

  • Domestic orders: 5–10 business days

  • International orders: 7–20 business days

These delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method, unless a free shipping promotion is offered.

4. Order Tracking

When available, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has shipped.

Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after the carrier scans the package into their system.

5. Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs clearance

  • Weather disruptions

  • Public holidays

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information

  • Other events beyond our control

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

7. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.

If an order is delayed, returned, or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we are not responsible for resulting losses, delays, or additional shipping costs.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the carrier, shipping responsibility transfers to the carrier. If your package is lost or stolen after delivery confirmation, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

9. Split Shipments
